Many of menbers are marked as (recommended) but they did not get his Age & Photo verify. Why is that? Are they hiding sosmething? If they are real, then they should get verify their Age & Photo for their future partner. Some of members has got verified on his education/income/occupation. That tells me they are telling the truth.

I've requested to get verify his Age & Photo to whoever contacted me. But, they never did. So, I guess...

I just got verification check mark on my occupation. To me, it is good idea to get verification check mark to show that you really exist. I hope I did the right thing.

Ahem, as much as I hate to interject here....
FOR THE RECORD, MillionaireMatch.com does not hold onto personal banking information such as card numbers, account numbers, etc. Billing information such as name and address are kept on the site for our records, and to assist in any investigations that we may have to conduct.
Simply stating that your account was hacked, and your personal banking information was obtained is a bit far-fetched, as even staff only can see the last 4 digits of a card used, and I am trying to be as reasonable as possible.
As for verifying, it's completely up to the person themselves. We destroy any and all information sent to us as soon as it is verified. Again, just wanted to clear that misconception up.

Dear John. that MAY be the case now. I've been on MM for almost 6 years. The security here was atrocious in the " old days"
My sources traced it to this site.

Back then , I had used ONLY this site and it was the only site anyplace i had given my card info to.
I do believe that once " you " and I had this talk before.
Can I say definitively that MM was the place the hacker got in ? No.
Empirical evidence supports my claim and I believe the chances are about 99.8753188 %.

this site has horrible security. I used to pay for membership here and they had my bank info.

Someone hacked the system ,got my info and began systematically removing small amounts of cash almost daily.

At the time,I was running a major remodeling project, buying materials, making payments and did not notice for a long time.

I would not give this site my ID info for ANY REASON.I've been a fixture on the blogging arena for a long time. Ive met a few people in person. No one has ever asked me to verify.

I can do that in private.

You are being naive if you think real cons and scammers can not find a way to get around the verification process. They are pros and kw tricks most of us never even think about.

Better to keep YOUR private info private. The non-verification means nothing at all. Just as verification really means nothing.

Hi Willowwind,
I am just like you ... same reason to get verify my age and photo.
Could you be my friend? (just a simple friend)

If he gets offense with my verification request, I don't need him. Because it tells me he is hiding something and I can't trust him.

Thanks, I am glad to hear that someone thinks like me. Yes, the key is a little green circle with the check mark!
* Just to hope it is not fake/stolen ID and pics.

I verfied, but, many don't want to give their identity information (usually in the U.S. that is a driver's license) to a "public" site.  But, is that driver's license information actually private anymore??  I verified for the reason that I actually want other members to know it's the real me!!  hahaha .... I'm sure, having dealt with scammers, and having my photos posted on other sites that provide no protection from photo theft or profile essay theft,  my photos and info (or at least parts of it) are somewhere out there in cyberland with a whole new name and location.  Not much you can do about it if you participate in "social sites".  So, at least here, by verifying my pic and info, the members here know it's the real me !!

I'm sure those that don't verify have their own reasons for not doing so.  It's their choice.  So, if you choose to correspond with a member that isn't "verified" with the little check mark, you can ask that they verify, but, most usually seem to take offense to it and move on.
I will admit, I am easily more "at ease" when I see  a profile with the little verification mark.  Psychological, perhaps, that little green circle with the check that lends itself to say "It's me".
